Company Founded
Established by Andrew Dennis & Alex Powell, around a dining room table in Burlington.
The Imperial Name Established
Name Imperial came from a margarine container – really was that simple.
Imperial Wealth Management
The Imperial Parent Company launched.
Developed Strategic Partnerships
RPN Chartered Accountants – Spring 2011 & RPN Finance – Spring 2011, allowing for an expansion of client reach and customer service offering.
Imperial Lifestyle Management
Our division for medical professionals launched. Andrew & Alex saw a specific need for this demographic.
New Imperial Brand
Narrowing of our niche ideal target audience of medical professionals solidified. Our new logo, website and social channels launched.
More Strategic Partnerships
Developed strategic partnerships with MacNicol Asset Management. We recognized a need for our clients to move to Third-Party Asset Management once a threshold was met to keep them in a growth trajectory.
Grew Team To 7
Onboarded a Junior Associate to shadow Andrew, Accounting Analyst to oversee the clients’ financial needs & Bookkeeper to keep it all in order and balanced books for all. Developed another strategic partnership with Terra Cotta Investment Council.
Imperial Becomes a Member of the Million Dollar Round Table
A global, independent association of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services, Terracotta was added to the 2019 under the million dollar table.
Purchased and Moved into our New Building
With our strategic partners, a synergistic network was born that would benefit all our collective clients. Real Estate Firms, Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Insurance, a Family Financial Office — all housed together in one building. New Marketing Team assembled and from that new Logo, Brand, Website, Social Channels were born.
Here We Grow Again
Developed Strategic Partnerships with Newport Investments. Andrew achieves his CLU Designation.
MedTax.ca was born
Accounting & Bookkeeping for medical professionals. 30 Seconds with MedTax.ca YouTube channel makes its debut. Our new logo, website and social channels launched.
